3. Displaying Data of Places

We display data of available places on the app only after obtaining permission from the owners. The data is collected from the place owners and is used to showcase the available places to users, following explicit consent from the owners. We ensure that all displayed information is accurate and complies with applicable laws.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of place owners and will not share any information about them without their explicit consent.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, alteration, or deletion.

5. Data Sharing

• We do not share user information with third parties except when legally required or at the user’s request.
• Certain information may be shared with the host during the booking process (such as name and phone number).

6. Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion by contacting Tanazah support.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Yemen. Any dispute shall be resolved amicably; if not possible, it will be referred to the competent judicial authorities.
